In his new capacity, Skinner will direct all facets of the company\u2019s operations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>WCS Construction is an affiliate of WC Smith, a Washington, DC-based commercial real estate developer and property management firm that has been operating in the District since 1968.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cSince joining Steve has had an immediate impact on WCS Construction,\u201d said Brad Fennell, Chief Operating Officer for WC Smith. \u201cWe\u2019re confident that the expertise and leadership abilities that he\u2019s already demonstrated will prepare and guide his team success in the opportunities that lie ahead.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Skinner holds a Bachelor\u2019s of Science in Building Construction from Purdue University. He completed an Executive Leadership Program at the London School of Business and IMD Top Executive program.
