The Washington Building Congress would like to acknowledge our member, rand* construction’s efforts in giving back to the DC Metro Community through the following efforts:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Walk to Bust Cancer<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

The rand* construction team proudly participated in the 9th Annual Walk to Bust Cancer. They raised nearly $3,000 for the National Breast Center Foundation, supporting patients and families in need of screening, diagnosis, and treatment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Capital Area Food Bank – Can Drive<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

The team embraced the holiday spirit with their food drive! <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Collectively, they gathered an incredible 4,100 food items to support the amazing work of Capital Area Food Bank, <\/strong>and office leaders matched their efforts and rounded us up to an impressive 5,000 items donated! <\/p>\n\n\n\n

We\u2019re so proud of the team\u2019s generosity and dedication to making a difference in our community.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Cushman and Wakefield Chili Cook-Off<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

The team joined industry partners at the Cushman & Wakefield Charity Bash Chili Cook-Off.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

It was a beautiful day filled with live music, games, and, of course, delicious food\u2014all to benefit the Boulder Crest Foundation and their important mission to provide life-changing programs to veterans, military, first responders, and their families.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Rebuilding Together<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

The team rolled up their sleeves to support Rebuilding Together DC Alexandria. Together, they helped transform the home of a very appreciative DC resident, ensuring her safety with a new deck and repaired basement steps. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

The smile on her face at the end of the day made every moment worth it. They’re proud to make a real difference in the communities where we live and work!<\/p>\n\n\n\n
