He also has real estate licenses in Maryland and Virginia.<\/p>\n<p>\t<em>&ldquo;We are excited for Jim to join our property management team. He brings excellent credentials and experience, and will be a great asset as we continue to grow our Montgomery County portfolio with additional properties like the Rockville Metro Plaza II building.&rdquo;<\/em> said Rob Collins, President of Foulger-Pratt Management.<\/p>\n<p>\tPrior to joining the firm, Mr. Crawford was with the Chevy Chase Land Company, and has worked with Trimark Corporation, Washington Real Estate Investment Trust, and Zuckerman Gravely over his twenty plus years in commercial property management.
