GPI began presenting this program by visiting friends in the industry and teaching the basics. The presentation includes a basic overview of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing building systems. The program has become so popular that GPI is now presenting once a month in their Think Tank at Redland Corporate Center. Attendees include architects, property managers, brokers, general contractors, and other real estate industry professionals.
