Krooth will continue to ensure that the company remains privately owned and independent.<\/p>\n<p>\tEstablished in 1940, Dominion Electric Supply Company operates eight branches in the Washington, DC, Maryland, and Virginia area, and wholly owns one subsidiary, Dominion Electric Supply Company of Washington, LLC. Dominion sells electrical supplies, lighting fixtures,<br \/>\tdistribution equipment, electric heating, and data products for commercial and residential application.
