The reference guide, published by Law Business Research Ltd., identifies foremost practitioners of construction law, basing inclusion on comprehensive research.<\/p>\n<p>\t<a href='http:\/\/www.ober.com\/attorneys\/joseph-kovars'><strong>Mr. Kovars<\/strong><\/a><strong>&nbsp;<\/strong>is a co-chair of the Construction Group in the firm&rsquo;s Baltimore office. An experienced civil litigator, he concentrates his practice in construction and public contracts law. He represents contractors, subcontractors, sureties and owners in contract formation and construction disputes involving many types of construction projects, including hospitals, schools, telecom, process plants, power plants, multifamily housing projects, commercial buildings, highway and bridge construction and site development.<\/p>\n<p>\t<a href='http:\/\/www.ober.com\/attorneys\/john-wolf'><strong>Mr. Wolf<\/strong><\/a> is Chair of Ober|Kaler and a principal in the Construction Group in the Baltimore office.
