Mr. Aghdam will be working closely with former president Bob Reaves as he transitions out of the day-to-day operations following a recent merger with Harris Companies.<\/p>\n<p>\tMr. Aghdam has experience in identifying, qualifying and developing new markets for clients and completing analysis of new market sectors.
