He was hired by ECS Mid-Atlantic, LLC in 2011 with more than 12 years of professional environmental consulting experience. Mr. Wincele holds a Master of Science in Environmental Engineering, and his areas of specialty include environmental site assessments, monitoring and remediation of Superfund sites, CERCLA Remedial Investigations, and hydrogeologic studies.<\/p>\n<p>\t&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>\t<img alt='' src='\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/05\/ECS_Rachael_R_Stone.jpg' style='width: 161px; height: 201px; float: left;' \/>An employee of ECS for seven years, <strong>Rachael Rossmeissl-Stone<\/strong> has been promoted to Senior Environmental Project Manager.&nbsp; Her responsibilities include field investigations and managing field staff activities.
