Arnold leads the surety service team and is responsible for market relationships, drawing on his knowledge of the construction industry and experience working with contractors, as well as the team&#39;s existing national surety strength.<\/p>\n<p>\tLockton is the nation&#39;s largest privately held insurance brokerage and employee benefits consulting firm. &#8216;Steve&#39;s market and client knowledge is unsurpassed in the D.C. and Virginia area,&#8217; said Len Gemma, Chief Operating Officer of the Washington, D.C. office. &#8216;His reputation, expertise, and relationships within the construction community will be a tremendous asset to our ability to serve our local client base and help those clients be more successful.&#8217;<\/p>\n<p>\tArnold brings more than 40 years of experience with Zurich North American, most recently serving as Managing Director of Mid Atlantic surety operations.
