Kennedy Center for Performing Arts Curtainwall and Garage. Steve works under Ron Juban, Vice President of Building Construction, and his current projects include Reston Residential, a 20-story residential building with retail space and parking garage at Reston Station.<\/p>\n \tSteve holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Lehigh University. \tMeghan serves as Project Executive with primary oversight of multiple operations teams within the interiors group. Working under Carl Hirrlinger, Senior Vice President of Interiors, Meghan is currently leading several projects including the recently awarded Hogan Lovells and Spiegel & McDiarmid. With over 15 years of experience exclusively in this market, Meghan has delivered many high profile projects for DAVIS such as the ATF Headquarters, The Woodward Building, CACI Federal, Holland & Knight, The American Bar Association, Transaction Network Systems, PATH Inc, and BAE Systems.<\/p>\n
\tJon works under Carl Hirrlinger, Senior Vice President of Interiors, and currently leads multiple projects including a highly secure interior and exterior base building upgrade for a GSA mission-critical facility, and the recently awarded Marriott Lobby renovation. Having joined DAVIS 13 years ago as an Assistant Project Manager, Jon continues to contribute a wide range of commercial, technical, and lab interiors construction expertise to the firm. His specific project management has resulted in the successful delivery of more than $148 million in signature projects such as ARINC, Legal & General America, Germantown Innovation Center, American College of Radiology, Verisign, TKC Communications, Bryan Cave, LLP, Discovery Communications Satellite Antenna Farm, Federal Bureau of Investigation, MedImmune Building 35, Patriot Yards, and Scitor Corporation.<\/p>\n
\tAs Project Executive Dean continues to deliver his expertise in multiple market sectors. He works under Paul Athanas, Vice President of Building Renovation, on the completion of 2001 M Street, NW, and Ronald Juban, Vice President of Building Construction, on Monument View. Dean joined DAVIS in1999, and his expert project management has contributed to the successful completion of more than $300 million in projects such as C2 \/ CNT East Facility, 1155 F Street, NW, Dominion One at Jefferson Park, and National Wildlife Federation.<\/p>\n
\tJohn joined DAVIS 12 years ago as an Assistant Project Manager, and works under Pranav Pandya, Vice President of Office Buildings. In his new role as Project Executive, John currently leads multiple projects including 900 G Street, NW and The Quarry. John’s expert project management has contributed to the construction of more than $268 million in notable projects such as National Cancer Institute, 2175 K Street, NW, Randolph Square, Capital Gallery, Fishers Place, and Heritage Foundation.<\/p>\n
\tPeter joined DAVIS over 14 years ago as an Assistant Project Manager. His direct responsibilities as Director of Integrated Construction focus on all phases of quality management and sustainability – providing support across all operations teams in job start-up activities related to quality control and LEED.<\/p>\n
\tBeginning her career with DAVIS 15 years ago as an Assistant Project Manager, Meghan continues to impress her peers and clients alike in this market sector.
