{"id":4441,"date":"2014-03-27T20:21:14","date_gmt":"2014-03-27T20:21:14","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.wbcnet.org\/member_news\/foulger-pratt-contracting-completes-2-la-fitness-locations\/"},"modified":"2014-03-27T20:21:14","modified_gmt":"2014-03-27T20:21:14","slug":"foulger-pratt-contracting-completes-2-la-fitness-locations","status":"publish","type":"member_news","link":"https:\/\/www.wbcnet.org\/member_news\/foulger-pratt-contracting-completes-2-la-fitness-locations\/","title":{"rendered":"Foulger-Pratt Contracting completes 2 LA Fitness locations"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>\tRockville, MD &#8211; <span style='color:#008000;'><strong>Foulger-Pratt Contracting<\/strong><\/span> is proud to announce the delivery of two large, cutting-edge fitness centers for&nbsp; LA Fitness, and is currently working on a third location:<img alt='' src='\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/05\/F-P_LAFitness_Exterior_Signage.jpg' style='width: 200px; height: 119px; float: right;' \/><\/p>\n<p>\tThe <strong>Downtown Crown LA Fitness<\/strong> is located in the growing Downtown Crown community (of which Foulger-Pratt Contracting constructed over 100,000 SF of base building retail, as well as a 456 space pre-cast garage and 2 restaurants currently in construction) in Gaithersburg, MD encompassing 37,055 SF and incorporates LA Fitness&rsquo; &ldquo;prototypical&rdquo; layout for fitness-oriented clients.&nbsp; The facility includes workout areas, an indoor pool, recreational ball court, a spinning room, locker rooms, open office sales space and a kid&rsquo;s club daycare area.<\/p>\n<p>\tThe <strong>Davis Ford Crossing LA Fitness<\/strong> location in Manassas, VA is 45,000 SF and includes many of the same features of the Downtown Crown facility, as well as a complex indoor pool setting, a smoothie caf&eacute;, basketball and racquetball courts. In addition, Foulger-Pratt provided construction services for a complete storefront and facade renovations to the Davis Ford Shopping Center, as well as interior build-outs for the Framing Store, and a Petco for The Rappaport Companies.<\/p>\n<p>\tThe Downtown Crown and Davis Ford Crossing LA Fitness locations were both complete in December 2013, in time for the New Year workout rush!<\/p>\n<p>\tFoulger-Pratt Contracting is currently working on the <strong>Towson Commons LA Fitness<\/strong> location in Towson, MD which will span an impressive 52,745 SF.
