The new 37,000 SF mixed-use building in the Logan\/Dupont neighborhood of Washington, DC has an expected completion of July 2015.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Designed by Hickok Cole Architects, the 35 unit, 7 story building will include luxury two-story penthouse units with extended balconies and private terraces as well as a mechanical penthouse. Fifteen parking spaces, storage and bike racks will be located below grade.
