\tWashington, DC – We are honored to announce that David M. Schwarz<\/strong> has been named the recipient of the 2015 Richard H. Driehaus Prize at the University of Notre Dame. The Richard H. Driehaus Prize, which is awarded annually to a living architect, was established in 2003 to honor lifetime contributions to traditional, classical and sustainable architecture and urbanism in the modern world.<\/p>\n \tMichael Lykoudis, Driehaus Jury Chair and Dean of the Notre Dame School of Architecture, announced the 2015 Driehaus and Henry Hope Reed Award Laureates yesterday in South Bend. During his remarks, Dean Lykoudis noted, ‘David Schwarz has succeeded in establishing a renewed and spirited dialogue about the nature of architecture and urbanism in the post-war period.
