Before joining TRINITY, Ms. McCarthy was Business Development Director at BE&amp;K Building Group, a national construction management firm located in McLean, VA. Previously, she was Business Development Director at ECS Mid-Atlantic, an engineering consulting firm located in Chantilly, VA.
