Washington, DC \u2014 Donohoe Construction Company<\/strong> celebrated with a Topping Out luncheon for project team members as the second phase of the Camden NoMa multifamily project on 61 Pierce Street NE reached its highest point. The project achieved this milestone weeks ahead of schedule.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Developed by Camden Properties and designed by WDG Architecture, the $69 million project will consist of 405 units within a 15-story concrete apartment. The luxury apartment building will include three levels of below grade parking as well as many high-end amenities for residents to enjoy including a fitness center, a courtyard and rooftop pool.<\/p>\n\n\n\n The 492,109 square foot project broke ground in February 2015 and is on schedule to reach substantial completion early 2017.<\/p>\n\n\n
