Developed by Hoffman-Madison Waterfront, The Wharf-Parcel 5 project will feature a dual-branded hotel by Hilton Worldwide and Hyatt Hotels Corporation.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center\"><img decoding=\"async\" style=\"width: 350px;height: 197px\" src=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/05\/Donohoe_Wharf.rendering2.jpg\" alt=\"\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Canopy by Hilton, a 120,000-square-foot luxury hotel, will have 175 keys, and Hyatt House, a 145,000-square-foot extended-stay hotel, will have 238 keys. The combined hotels, designed by SmithGroupJJR, will be connected through ground-level common areas and share amenities including, a cafe\/bar, a fitness center, meeting room space, a courtyard with outdoor terraces, an outdoor pool and a rooftop bar with expansive views of the Potomac River.
