Located in the Historic District of Mt. Vernon Square at 465 New York Avenue, the 95,303 square-foot Homewood Suites includes 160 guestrooms.<\/p>\n<p>Designed by BBGM and owned by Magna Hospitality Group, the thirteen-story hotel offers studios and one-bedroom suites that feature separate living and sleeping areas. Each guestroom has a fully equipped kitchen with a full size refrigerator, microwave, stovetop and dishwasher. The hotel also features an on-site business center, convenience store, restaurant and fitness facilities.<img decoding=\"async\" alt=\"\" src=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/05\/Donohoe_Homewood_suites-by_hilton-img.jpg\" style=\"width: 250px;height: 352px;float: right\"><\/p>\n<p>Prior to starting construction on the Homewood Suites project in 2014, Donohoe Construction assisted with the relocation of a historic three-story townhouse built in the early 1900s.
