Arlington, VA \u2013 GHT Limited (GHT)<\/strong>, a leading DC metro area mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) engineering consulting firm, announces that Senior Associate Brad McNiff, PE, LEED AP, WELL AP and Sustainability Specialist Jake Bebee, LEED AP BD+C, ID+C, WELL AP have earned the WELL AP credential through the International WELL Building Institute\u2122 (IWBI\u2122).<\/p>\n The WELL AP credential is the new, leading credential signifying advanced knowledge of health and well-being in the built environment and specialization in the WELL Building Standard\u2122 (WELL).<\/p>\n \u201cEncouraging our employees\u2019 to pursue the WELL AP credential is a reflection of our mission to transform the client experience through thought leadership,\u201d says GHT President Paul O\u2019Brien, PE, LEED AP ID+C. \u201cWhen our clients are tracking a sustainable program for their projects, they can count on GHT as a partner in achieving design, certification, and performance targets.\u201d<\/p>\n McNiff says, \u201cIt has been an exciting challenge to work on two of the first commercial projects in DC to pursue WELL certification: the American Society of Interior Designers (ASID) headquarters and American Society of Landscape Architects (ASLA) headquarters.
