(AllCom), a provider of technology infrastructure solutions to the federal market, is pleased to announce the acquisition of Delex Fairfax Integrated Security Systems (DFISS) headquartered in Herndon, VA with offices located in New York, New York and Parsippany New Jersey.<\/p>\n<p>With the close of this acquisition, AllCom adds a comprehensive portfolio of technology based physical security systems and solutions including software, hardware products, and certified services from industry leaders such as Lenel, AMAG, Software House, Axis and Exacq Technologies.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThis acquisition significantly expands our capabilities to offer and integrate sophisticated security software and systems into the technology infrastructure solutions we provide to our customers.&nbsp; Physical security is a key component in the engineering and deployment of resilient and secure technology infrastructure, as well as, the on-going protection of mission critical facilities and assets,\u201d said Bob Weatherwax, CEO, AllCom.<\/p>\n<p>DFISS currently supports a variety of large municipal, commercial and Government customers to engineer install and maintain security systems. \u201cTransitioning this business line into AllCom provides a great platform for growth for our current markets, as well as the opportunity to significantly expand our business within the federal Government.&nbsp; The combination of capabilities, customers and past performance creates both immediate synergies and exciting new opportunities,\u201d said Joseph P.
