Adam has served the company for more than half his life in various capacities, including Laborer, Assistant Project Manager, Project Manager, Chief Estimator and Project Executive. For the past three years, Adam has successfully led the creation of all project budgets and estimates as the Director of Estimating. In his new role, Adam\u2019s experience, expertise and knowledge of the construction industry will continue to align Grunley\u2019s capabilities with clients\u2019 needs.<img decoding=\"async\" alt=\"\" src=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/05\/Adam_Grunley.jpg\" style=\"width: 150px;height: 100px;float: left;padding-right: 10px;margin-top: 5px;margin-bottom: 5px\"><\/p>\n<p>\t\u201cAdam has consistently proven his leadership abilities. He has also represented Grunley at the American Subcontractors Association &#8211; Metropolitan Washington for six years as an active member of their Industry Education Support Group.<\/p>\n<p>Grunley graduated from the University of Florida with a Bachelor of Science degree in Building Construction.
