His duties include overseeing GHT&#8217;s delivery of high quality services from start to finish. As a key component of the company\u2019s succession plan, Patrick assumes the role of President after serving as Senior Principal for the last seven years and Studio Leader for GHT\u2019s thriving Interiors division.&nbsp; As President, Patrick will lead the daily internal and external operations of the company, including Project Management, Accounting, Human Resources, Marketing and Information Technology. Patrick Kunze transitions into the role of President from Paul O\u2019Brien, PE, LEED AP ID+C, who served as the firm\u2019s President since 2000.
