AI: Twin is a master systems and solutions integration platform that ties together all aspects and variables of the built environment. Sam specializes in leveraging utility incentive programs to reduce out-of-pocket costs for clients. To date, he has enrolled approx. two dozen buildings in programs that resulted in over $2M in cash incentive payments for the D.C. Metro area clients.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sam\u2019s background includes over 14 years of experience working directly with building owners and operators, identifying cost-effective ways to reduce energy consumption, increase tenant comfort, and improve indoor air quality. He started his career in property &amp; facilities management, working in the private sector operations department of the Ronald Reagan Building a block from the White House. In 2014, he transitioned into the field of energy management, building automation system sales, and cloud-based software solutions, specializing in the optimization of buildings through precise control.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cI love working with property owners and building engineers to lower operating expenses and increase asset value.
