With 2,800 residential units, 1.8 million square feet of new offices, and 400,000 square feet of retail\/dining space, the Yards is helping to lead the transformation of the Capitol riverfront&nbsp; area into a world-class green space to live and work. Forest City Washington is the developer and the tour was led by Ramsey Meiser, Senior Vice President of Development.<\/p>\n<p>\tRamsey led the tour group through the Foundry Lofts Building, a residential property which was delivered in December of 2011.
