The program was held at Gaylord National Resort &amp; Convention Center in National Harbor.<\/p>\n<p>\tSpeakers included Prince George&rsquo;s County Executive <strong>Rushern Baker, III<\/strong>, Redevelopment Authority of Prince George&rsquo;s County Executive Director<strong> Howard Ways, III<\/strong>, and <strong>John Vick<\/strong>, Eastern Division President for Walton Development &amp;
