\tWashington, DC – Joel Zingeser<\/strong><\/span> has been elected Chairman of the Board for the Washington Building Congress.<\/p>\n \tRepresenting over 1,050 members, the Washington Building Congress (WBC) is the largest commercial building industry association in the greater Washington and Mid-Atlantic regions.
