Balfour Beatty Construction was selected by The JBG Companies and Georgetown Strategic Capital to provide construction services for the new 14th & U Street mixed-use apartment project in Washington, D.C. Officially named LOUIS, the new apartment building was designed by Eric Colbert and Associates and is to be located along the historic U Street corridor.
